1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReadyAimApp (“the Service”), operated by ReadyAimInterview (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReadyAimApp is a job search management platform that provides personal kanban boards, calendar scheduling, document library, classroom resources, and coaching tools. The Service is designed for use by job seekers, coaches, and administrators within a structured coaching program.
3. Account Registration
- Accounts are created by an administrator or coach. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our consent.
5. Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including job cards, notes, documents, resumes, and cover letters.
- You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.
- We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google, Zoom, and Slack. By enabling these integrations:
- You authorize us to exchange data with these services on your behalf.
- Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
- You may disconnect any integration at any time from your Settings page.
7. Role-Based Access
- The Service uses role-based access (administrator, coach, job seeker). Your role determines what data you can view and modify.
- Coaches and administrators may view job seeker boards, calendar events, and progress as part of the coaching program.
- You consent to this visibility as a condition of participating in the program.
8. Service Availability
- We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Service.
- You may request account deletion by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyAimInterview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including its design, features, branding, and underlying content — are and remain the property of ReadyAimInterview. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReadyAimInterview, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
